Who is the drummer... It`s not the normal one of the kooks.. sometimes this one is playing but i couldn`t find out why.. Does anyone know?

Because Paul (the drummer) had a broken arm or something.

okay I saw him on more then one concert.. Could it be that this one is playing with the kooks for example in TV shows where they just play one or two songs?

Kooks mached agnehmi musig, aber die girli-kiddies müend eifach nöd sii, wie zB s'linkinpark-girli under mir. dä ganz gig versauet, leider.
