@HOYASAXA13 Though everyone shares your sentiments, the building is, unfortunately, protected because it is one of only a few still-standing Brutalist structures (for obvious reasons) and is officially part of the National Building Museum. Therefore, it could require as much as an "Official Act of Congress" to alter or abolish it...
