You should have two horses for that work, otherwise your horse will be tired very fast,

That is a single horse mower by Sunshine Machinery and then Massey Harris

@chubbsbigweaner it's looking so similiar to the mower which I was using, so what makes the difference, that this mashine can be pulled just by one horse?

This was designed for one horse. It is much smaller than a two horse mower, and lighter. 36" cutter bar

Thank you. Pity, but here they didn't build this lighter model. Always was my problem, that I had to lend a second horse for mowing... so at the end I gave up and my neighbour mowed me.... He is already 72 years old, but two years ago he mowed during the summer 50ha with his horses; they were going then all day long. - tough animals.
