Then later when Dow discovered it caused sterility and wanted Dole to return the DBCP they no longer trusted the 'specialists' but did their own study and determined (in a matter of days!) that it was 'safe to proceed'.

It is true> i have visited Nicaragua twice and have talked to the Banana workers who have suffered from the consequences. This is not a lie, their lives are the proof of this tragedy. Most of the first world countries don't care since it's not their lives we are talking about...

The star of this documentary is Juan J. Dominguez. He is a personal injury attorney in the City of Los Angeles. He is currently under federal criminal investigation for "massive fraud". This is according to The Wall Street Journal Wednesday, August 19, 2009-VOL. CCLIV NO. 42 The Los Angeles Times has also done 2 different stories on this same attorney. ON Yahoo today, it was posted he lost his case and tried to extort money from Dole. They are seeking an injuction to stop him from broadcasting this documentary in the USA. They are suing him for defamation. They claim the lawyer hired men who were sterile and never once worked for the banana plantations.

They accuse him of fraud and trying to get money out of Dole. He has been reported to the Bar for perpetuating this case, he lost.
