i herd in the remake (dark athena) they r guna hv a game mode called pitchblack. if u hvnt herd the game goes like this: thr r 7 guys. 1 is riddick and the other six r soldiers/mercs/etc and thr r no lites. riddick can obviously see in the dark via eyeshine, and the other six hv flashlites. sounds fun rite?

Riddick is a fascinating character - to him this entire scenario is just another day at the office. He's more than just an escape artist, he's an unstopable force capable of anniliating anyone or thing that gets in his way. Where is he on the food chain? Before he goes to sleep, this is who the bogeyman checks his closet for.

Not really. First, most heroes aren't murderers or psychotic in some way. Riddick clearly has no qualms when it comes to killing - or standing by and watching other people get killed. He's mostly in it for himself - and requires a considerable amount of persuasion to actually risk his life for the benifit of others (as we see in Ptch Black) , which is again not synonomous with your typical hero.
