Hello I just did this flush and passed 3 large stones and a few pea size ones. This is the first time I've tried this cleanse with Epsom salts. How soon can I do this again? I just think 3 stones is not much...do you think I'll get more out? I'm just eager to try this again asap.
I have done this flush and it absolutely works. My stones were green and about the size of marbles. My friends were black and about the size of acorns!! Quackwatch is a bunch of assholes.
This does work. Just finished my first cleanse and it got me out of pain and able to eat again. Gallbladder is scheduled to be surgically removed in a week. I have genetic high cholesterol and really high triglycerides. I passed THOUSANDS of stones all sizes and huge ones too. Almost all coated with green. Some tan. I came across this info too late. The wall of gallbladder has thickened with long term disease.
where was your pain at and was it constant,, i have pain on my left side off center right under rib cage and it is a shooting pain,, what do you think?
The "liver flush" is CREATING those stones, not removing them. According to the study by Sies and Brooker:
"Experimentation revealed that mixing equal volumes of oleic acid (the major component of olive oil) and lemon juice produced several semi solid white balls after the addition of a small volume of a potassium hydroxide solution. On air drying at room temperature, these balls became quite solid and hard."
Hello, this debunking is from quakwatch, and has been debunked itself. The stones are real, and are from the bile duct. The original source of this quak watch debunking has an agenda that is pro surgery. Many of these stones are crystalized and could not have been produced by a 3 hour reactio
Most of the stuff that came out of me was hundreds of tan to greenish colored, soft like cooked pasta, pieces. I didn't feel a thing before or after. I need to do it again. It's been yrs.
I did the flush. It took 4 times to get most of it out. I works. I did Dr. Kelley's version. If you can't handle the epsom salts, which is the most vile tasting stuff imaginable. Try lemon flavored magnesium Citrate. Not as powerful but it works.
I'll have to look into that lemon flavored magnesium.
The epsom salts were alright for me the first 2/3 flushes. After that though, Pavlov's dog kicks in and even before I drink it my face is squirming! haha
Wow! I just finished my gall bladder cleanse...and, I was truly AMAZED at, how many gallstones I've discharged in the past 3hrs.! It had to be over 100 green stones!!! I never knew that, I had all of those stones built up inside of me for all of these years!!! I'm not experiencing upper right abdominal pain or, belching as much as, I used to, anymore, also! I'm soooo excited about it! I recommend this to anyone whom are experiencing upper right abdominal/gall bladder pain! ;-)
I read somewhere that, people can eat apples, apples sauce or, drink apple juice for a week...then, at the end of the week..., take 2 ounces of olive oil with, lemon juice...followed by, any kind of laxative before bed...and, this will pass the gallstone and, relieve the discomfort in the upper right abdominal, over night. Is this true? An ans. will be appreciated! Thanks. ;-)
It sounds *roughly* like what is outlined in "The Amazing Liver and Gallbladder Flush" by Andreas Moritz, by like he says, the trick is getting everything exact - time and amounts - that makes the difference.
Hi. I have just completed the liver/gallbladder flush. I passed closed to nothing, maybe 6 tiny soft dark green pea like things, nothing compared to the stones you're suppose to pass. I really want to try this again. would it be safe to try it 4 days later? Almost straight away? I cant understand why I didnt pass anything. I didnt drink much of the epson salts, could this be a possible reason? Does anyone know if doing this flush can help get rid of eye circles and increase metabolism?
Those are not Gall Stones. They are balls of feces called sciplia or something like that that, you cleaned them out of your colon that were stuck in tiny or not so tiny pockets. You have diverticulosis - Don't Eat Nuts or Seeds or Popcorn.
I've no direct experience with 2-inch stones. I passed a 1-inch stone... twice.
The liver acts as a filter. When there are toxins in the form of hundreds, sometimes thousands, of stones they inhibit its ability to do what it is meant to do.
My knowledge is limited. If you are actually interested in finding out more specifics, I recommend reading Andreas Moritz's book "The Amazing Liver and Gallbladder Flush".
If you're a cynic trying to 'convert' me to the 'truth', don't waste your breath! :)
Yeah, I could feel them. But they didn't hurt at all (thank you Apple Juice!).
I remember initially thinking that "No stones had come out" because it basically felt like a normal visit to the loo.
Last week I did my third flush cycle and another stone just under an inch wide came out (among many others)! So there's plenty more toxins still in me yet to be set free. :)
I'm not sure about over 1 inch, but anything under and I can definitely say they won't get stuck.
Yes, I felt better.. much better.. but it was only temporary, as was expected, because there are still loads more toxins and stones still inside me to come out. That's why you have to do one every month or so, 6-12 times.
The best way to describe the relief feeling it gave was like lots of knots instantly being untied... or, more accurately, unraveling by themselves.

Magnesium Citrate has made all the difference for me in keeping me from feeling an awful fatigue after the flush - which many people complain about.

allow 6weeks between liver flushes, to allow the liver to regenerate.

Does a 2-inch stone reduce in any way the liver's functions? If so, which ones? If not, then why not keeping it there?

You done a liver and gallbladder flush?
ekitman 3 years ago
Never, this will be my first, and yes I'm drinking tons of organic apple juice as well
I know the epsom salt opens the bile duct but I'm still scared they'll get stuck.
but after hearing how you did I'm not as scared. Do you feel better than you did before the flush?
