BullsBearsandCubs I am simply a 5'6 white guy and I can easily dunk on 11 foot rims. Anybody can do it, just use the right training program. I personally followed the one from (50 inch vertical [dot] com) but just about any training prog is fine as long as they work which many do not

His athletic ability and length around the rim is a great asset, but I don't think he'll really develop into much more beyond what he is now. Hope he does for all you Bulls fans though. I do think the fact that the dude shoots low-mid 40's % is a problem given his role.
