Well don't you feel dumb... Frank West isn't in DR2 at all and Capcom had no intentions of doing so until the demand for Frank grew. Then came DR2:Case West. Case West was actually a test for Frank West to see if they could successfully get him "Back in the game" with positive feedback, turns out it worked. Now we have Dead Rising 2: Off the Record,(My most favorite game in the world so far) starring a washed up, but still amazing, Frank West.

Well that's not true, the servbot heads (that's their real name) do return in DR2 just not in toy shops. You find them in a restaurant for some reason. This guy in the servbot head is probably your Coop character (unfortunatly just a Chuck Clone).

West does return but in the DLC called "Case West"
