@Deztrukttt the microkorg isnt a sampler, its a synth. He's sampling (or in this case more recording) the synth into the MPC, and that is definitely a good sampler. It's made by the brand akai. With the technology of computers nowadays some would say they are almost obsolete at this point, some some producers still swear by them... not me! ableton + padkontrol.
