Awesome video man, wow as you master the speed on the pedals? I have a roadie kick rocker and a double kick pedal MAPEX p580 but not how to achieve that speed you have 0_0 feet off the pedals a lot? Not if you can explain me please

@LinkDS i use a ankle/foot sorta motion i never take my foot of the pedal. thats the best i can explain it lol
