  • Thank you so much pastor Ted. I'm so blessed. I want to learn more, to be sensitive to His voice, to overcome our own flesh, enjoying His presence everyday.

  • This sounds similar to Buddhist mindfulness. Of course in Buddhism, they talk about "holding" negative emotions- not identifying with them, but also not being alarmed by them, letting them pass away. Eventually what happens is you stop having so many negative emotions arising.

  • whats the difference between this ancient practice and cognitive behavioral therapy?

  • Precisely. They are very similar. The early teachers speak of a "science of the soul" and their methodologies are recognized as a psychotherapy which is timeless. Their teachings on the passions (corrupted into the so-called seven deadly sins)deal with our healing from various pathologies.

  • You're so right about this being available to all! If more people would see that we would be in a better world.

  • Thank you so much for your encouraging words

  • the spiritual warfare is a warfare indeed- against one's own emotions and whims of the flesh that without the direction given by the discipline of faith is distructive. nothing comes easyly: war is war!

  • I love your videos. Each one is a gift. I thank you.
