  • That's a great mod; really ingenious! On another YT video, someone replaced the original three bladed fan with a square framed, high speed fan, which provides improved cooling...Is that something you've considered? I wonder if such a mod would improved the duty cycle....what do you think?

    Thanks for posting.

  • I hear ya Man. just bought a 90 amp a couple days ago cant wait to really try it out.

  • Not putting down your video just thought it was funny that you made your cart out of wood instead of metal.

  • @piker70 the wood was free and metal is expensive so why not

  • I didn't think Harbor Freight was a chain store and that the only one was here in Dayton Ohio. So they must have a few probably 1 or 2 in Ohio then the same in I guess Va. and probably In. and Ky

  • Do you worry about the wire grounding out to the case? The wire is positively charged while welding with gas, would cause a spark show? Maybe a rubber grommet would be a good addition?

  • @s010038 no its fine its been like that for over a year now havent had a problem with it

  • @ncrdisabled there is no mod on the inside or the welder all i did was drill a 1/4 hole in the back of it for the wire to come in
