Never saw Pre-CU, but the NGE really slaughtered the game as I knew it. Despite nearly every post on the official forums stating outrage against the NGE, they shoveled the WoWified SWG down our throats anyway, all in an attempt to bring in new players to an already aged game.

Looks like SW:TOR is going to be just as n00bed down as the NGE was. I won't even waste my money.

If they brought back pre-cu, I'd probably play again....then again, maybe not.. I can't really trust SOE anymore with what they did. I'm sure many say the same too. The game would be much better with pre-cu and we would of never had any of these problems. SWG back in the days was so unique from other MMO's out there, I could say that it was better than WoW, (sry for all the wow people). But all I can do now is play WoW cause it's like the only decent MMO out there today.
