I used to think that, but really they make pretty skilful music, also they have been the most successful metal band of the 21st century so they most have got something right. But In Flames are always going to be my preference, i'm just saying that Slipknot is not for people who don't know what music is. In fact the Reroute to Remain era was influenced by that type of metal.
