  • ok theres the wilhelm scream the howie scream, now wtf is the the third one i know i heard it and its probaly just as famous

  • knock my pint over and this is how i react too !

  • This film looks hilarious.

  • I believe that the Col.Kane character was so Christ-like that if he were alone in this situation he would have let the gang kill him. They could be described even as noble innocent(!) savages, like un-knowing animals. He slaughters them to protect his patient Maj.Cutshaw. He reverts to the ''Killler Kane'' character and kills EVERYONE in the bar yet at no time is he out of control he reverts to his savage training. The military are not police, their job is to kill people and break things.

  • @Nazzz65 mmm, but Col Kane wasn't a doctor and his patient was not Maj Cutshaw. Col Kane was being allowed to act as one but he was really "Killer" Kane, a decorated U.S. Marine who committed atrocities in Vietnam before going insane and sent to that place....

Christ on the cross comes as the juxtaposition of his good fighting evil. The astronaut was as a lamb looking for deliverance and help from him

  • STACEY'S NYLON WIG IS THE 10TH CONFIGURATION.

HIS CLEFT PALLET IS THE 11TH.

    ° EXSANGUINATION THE MOVIE ©2011 °

    ...IS THE 13TH.

  • This must be the cut version...the original VHS I have is far gorier. close up palm hand strikes and more snapped bones. A powerful film that is mainly remembered unfortunately more for this scene rather than the screen play by Blatty from his original book 'Twinkle Twinkle, 'Killer' Kane. A classic.

  • YOOOOOOOOUUUUUUUUAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

  • 3:00 History is made folks. Howie Scream woooot

  • Fantastic film this.

  • howie scream

  • I was about to fall asleep before this scene. the best scene of the movie

  • 1:07 Amy Winehouse's alter ego?

  • thumbs up if the howie scream brought you here

  • wow just wow

  • I just watched this for the first time last night and was blown away, amazing movie. They just don't make them like they used to anymore!

  • LOL "guess he doesn't like coors" and right after, the boot in the pooper

  • Scientists in clandestine subterranean labs, and their loyalists, who terrorize People with synthetic telepathic/neuro-impulse weapons, will meet similar fates.

  • 4:04 best scream ever

  • this is where the Howie Long scream originated, don't know why they used it twice though.

  • This Scene epitomizes the silent Warrior, When pushed to the edge He slaughters everything in his path it did not matter the gender of the assailant. this is what a Man can do to EVIL People period. And yet Stacy Keach did everything he could to withhold the Hurricane of rage inside, Astonishing Scene.

  • i remember when i first saw this movie i was like 12 or something this scene changed me forever

this just goes to show every man has a limit to bs he will take...

  • i remember when i first saw this movie i was like 12 or something this scene changed me forever

  • Youraagh!!!!!!

  • I was told this is the first movie to use the legendary 'Howie scream', that I heard twice in this scene. (first at 3:00 then again at 4:04)

Is that true, or am I still on the wrong track? I'm just a weird movie lover that wants to find the origin.

  • @0BucketMask0 It's the 4:04 one, the other one isn't. It's been said this is the origin.

  • I always wondered about the Cleopatra eye liner and the splits and the girly yell when he slams a fist on Kanes back, he is like an enraged diva. He puts up the least amount of fight when it starts. Kanes willingness to hit women was also a great feature as most movies would have been too scared to do it. Nothing better than his facial expression right before he grabs the main bikers hand, it says "Knock knock, who's there? Colonel Fucking Kane, thats who!!!"

  • Awesome movie

  • Ah yes...one of the all-time greatest fight scenes in film history. Not overly choreographed. Not filmed too close. No shaky camera. Just beautiful simplicity.

  • i heard this is the first time the gut-wrenching scream was ever used in a movie at 4:04

  • Was the lead biker suppose to be gay?

  • The gays and lesbians that go too far get their asses kicked.

  • I saw this film years ago and thought it was excellent then. I even thought that it was funny in parts. It's about time this film was shown again on the telly.

  • if u like this brawl also checkout the one in the movie a bronx tale

  • what sort of gay bikey wears eye liner and does the splits anyway

  • @borisnooblet It was the seventies...

  • I totally agree zee!

  • Damn, he destroyed those white-trash motherfuckers.

  • Classic Green Beret hand to hand. Chops, palms, and this party is over.

  • Have been waiting for this clip for at least two years to appear online...

  • twinkle twinkle killer kane!!

  • Yeah, like "negotiating with our enemies so they'll be nice to us" really works here (or anywhere in real life, for that matter). There's never been a movie that points out how people who want to kill you need to be DEFEATED better than this one...bar none.

  • theres Jason miller, or??

  • @JuliaBuberger Huh? In this scene? Or in the movie? He's obviously not in this scene, and if you look up the film on the internet you'll know he is in the movie. I don't understand questions that get asked like this with such obvious answers to them.

  • @ryandashsdotorg I am sorry, I am german and my english is not so good, also I meant in the movie... sorry

  • @JuliaBuberger Oh, then yes he is, and gives an amazing performance!

  • Yep, typical biker scum, hope he killed every one of thiose scumbags. they remind me of the typical biker scum, cowardly and real tough when in a pack, balless on their own. lol

  • great scene, but it could use a laugh track

  • Killer Kane endured everything when it shamed only him and did not fight until his friend was in danger. Up to then he tolerated it, it harmed only him so he did not care. When he knew his buddy was not going to get away and was being abused he came alive, best scene in the movie. Hard to pick a scene where the people who die deserve it more than here.

  • schooled 3:40

  • One of the best fight sequences ever filmed

  • this is ithe saviour man. rememember !

  • Dude's wig comes off at 3:55!

  • Twinkle Twinkle Killer Kane

  • If you meet a boy named Sue, Sandra or Stacy in a bar, don't fuck with him, he'll mess you up big time..

  • send them to fucking hell.....

  • the 'gutwrenching' scream (and fall into distance) is at 4:03

  • Equal opportunity brawling. Cool.

  • Never seen this movie, Seems good, Would you guys recommend I watch it?

  • Yes.

  • @AkamaruBlade i highly recommend it

  • @AkamaruBlade If you've never seen this movie and want to see it because of the action in this clip, you might be disappointed. Don't get me wrong, it's one the best films I've ever watched, but it DEFINITELY is not an action flick. It's almost sad that you'd see this clip first because it's a climactic scene in the movie.

  • Un film incredibile.

Se si puó parlare di un film 'di culto'...

    eccolo!

  • Could William Peter Blatty have been inspired by the shootout scene in Taxi Driver when he made this scene? I know the 2 scenes have little in common but the way Col. Kane kills those guys, very cold and methodical yet at the same time very animalic, really reminds me of Travis Bickle for some reason.

    It's probably not true...

  • This is - - one of my favortie movies of all time. Period.

  • I felt avenged after seeing this scene.

  • they fucked with the wrong person

  • lmaoo true that

  • One of the best movies EVER!!! I can watch it over and over and never get bored.

  • i like how he doesn't discriminate against women when passing out beatings. Truly progressive! lol

  • the best barrom fight scene ever as far as intensity goes

  • No film today could ever dream of acheiving the level of tension and atmosphere that this film did.

  • This is the movie that made me a Stacy Keach fan! Everyone in the film is brilliant and perfectly cast, but he just inhabits the role of Kane like no one else can. This is the one film I just watch over and over again and always find it fresh and challenging.

  • I saw this scene on TV when I was nine or ten and it has creeped me out ever since.

  • Top film

  • That's one of the best screams ever.

    4:05

  • I met Scott Wilson at the bar in the Bicycle Club in Santa Monica, and I told him that his role in the film (the guy that Keach doesn't annihilate in this scene) was one of the most gripping and memorable roles I had ever seen in a film. Then I bought him a beer, which he gratefully accepted

  • Did you blow him too? Or was that just me as usual??

  • I think the blonde woman is Jeannie Epper, famous stunt woman.

  • That is a beautiful statement

  • This film is amazing . I have read the book too . Twinkle twinkle Killer Kane. The author wrote the Exorcist . In that book and the film , when Regan goes berserk while there are guests in her house she speaks to the astronaut and asks him why is he afraid.William Peter Blatly said the 9th configuration was linked to the exorcist. Good verses evil . Keach was awsome as Killer Kane. My all time favourite film.

  • Oh Yes. I just love that quote that Keach kept asking until he finally got the truth out of the astronaut. Fantastic movie.

  • Why won't you go to the Moon?

  • did you ever watch the whole film, so you could hae an opinion ?

  • Give 'em HELL, Stacy!

  • YEARAGGGGGGGGGHHHH at 4:05,!

  • I don't know about the rest of y'all, but I only watched this to figure out if is this movie is the origin of the famous "Youraaaaaagh!" scream. But it seems like it was just a stock scream in this movie too.

But anyway, I like the look in that guy's eyes before he kicked everyone's ass. It's fun rooting for the underdog!

  • This has to be the only time that I don't feel bad seeing woman getting the shit kicked out of them. Those ugly biker bitches got what they deserve.

  • sometimes people who think there so tough and hide behind others by sheer numbers ,should never assume just because someone seems so mild and harmless should still be shown respect, you NEVER know who your messing with.then that person is shown really hes only a puny human made of only dust.

  • Great fight scene. The vengeance factor is high and the blows delivered are very realistic, lethal blows; Killer Kane unleashes a whirlwind on the enemy. A+!

  • theres some tough faggots out there.

  • This is a great movie. I own it. I do have a few criticisms. A tough biker does the splits, wears mascara and screams like a girl? Weakens the scene, makes it qwerky, awkward, lessens the emotional impact, makes the villains less threatening. And the jet pack scene. WTF? I often find myself editing this film in my head. With a few minor tweeks, it wouldn't feel so dated. It would be more of a timeless, near classic film. The comedic touches are great, but lose some of the flaky, fantasy crap

  • This is quite possibly the most realistically violent fight scene ever committed to film.

  • Great movie...best moral pretense for ever showing gratuitous violence....it actually makes sense & is not gratuitous at all given the context within the film since it is really the only action sequence other than the brief Nam flashbacks so this gives it it's power to a large degree.

Hats off the Blatty....who cares if the film was panned. Just showa most critics dont' have the intelligence to know a good film when they see it. simply because they couldn't pigeonhole it & it challenged them.

  • Moral of the story; NEVER piss off a Marine....you don't know what can happen.

I say that from being a Corpsman and watching those guys at work in a brawl and stitching them up afterwards.....they came out way better than the civilians who started the fight.

  • Seconded. I've known 80 year old Marines that could kick anyone's ass. They may not be lean, but they're still mean.

  • twinkle twinkle killer kane hahahahhahaha

  • Whatever happenwd to stacey ???

  • He's the warden on Prison Break along with popping up in alot of supporting roles in straight to video stuff

  • He's doing LOTS of voice overs!

  • This is why this movie works so well - a lot of M*A*S*H like comedy, parceled with the questions of the Meaning of Life, and then one of the most unsettling bar-fight scenes in the history of movies.

  • well said nbeisky

  • Did... did he put his penis in his mouth?

  • No, i think it was his Dick!!!lol

  • that scream is Bitchin'. BITCHIN'!!

  • Likely the greatest fight scene ever filmed. THIS is what choreography is all about.

Thinking how high I used to rate "A Clockwork Orange" and how much better this four minutes of footage is by comparison. Perfect in all ways.

    See the whole movie.

    You owe it to yourself.

  • Tension, mood, and atmosphere the likes of which very few filmmakers could even dream of acheiving, and the most uplifting, thought-provoking ending I've ever seen. This film is a work of art, unforgettable.

  • in fact, the first time they reuse the scream is at 4:05. doesn't this film stick in your craw? it is the ultimate for guys who like movies, flick. this and Runaway Train. this was a gay biker's gang, right? william peter blatty: great writer and a fine director.

  • the scream that stanley let's loose with @ 3:03 has been used countless times in movies and commercials. i wonder if he's getting royalties.

  • BEST SCENE From THE BEST MOVIE EVER!!!!

  • The impact of this scene is devastating. Blew me away when I first saw it, still does. If there were ever any cinematic scumbags that needed to get whacked, it's these guys.

  • Rambo, move over. Far over.

  • It was nice to see him kill the women as well as the men

  • When I first saw this film I was feeling really helpless for Kane and Cutshaw - when Kane finally let those worms have it I was QUITE edified. I wanted to see this scene again, much to the horror of a friend of mine.

  • I love the look on Kane's face @ 3:20

  • that dude reminds me of Toecutter from Mad Max

  • That's the demonic side of Col. Kane, but..you can't really blame him

  • Speakin of bikers getting fucked with, anybody remember From Dusk Till Dawn?

  • One of the greatest films I have ever had the pleasure of viewing. I'd point to this film as evidence that Humans aren't all bad.

  • the book is called "Twinkle Twinkle Killer Kane" by Blatty.

  • Warden Henry Pope goes apeshit!

  • this movie got re-edited and re-released with a new title. I don't think this scene changed, although for tv they imply he's licking beer. It's piss of course. After seeing the original cut, I was really unhappy with the final release. Can't remember why though, something about how they changed the ending. Riddle me this; why are bikers always getting the shit kicked out them in films? "The Presideo," "Ninth Configuration," "A Bronx Tale," "The Gauntlet." I'm confused.

  • Not to forget "Every which way but loose" & "Every which way you can".

  • Terminator 2 as well, Mickeylove, i just remembered that actually

  • I was going to put that as well lol!!

  • Right on!! Oh yeah, and The Gauntlet with Clint Eastwood. Well, he didn't actually hurt any of 'em but still a great scene

  • And Cannonball Run:) Even Jackie Chan joins in.

  • Yeah no doubt, and how about The Gauntlet?

  • Great scene from one of my alltime favorite movies. Love watching the gutless biker trash get f'd up.

  • Fuck yeah, total massacre I love it.

  • Thanks a lot, mate! This scene is so satisfying it's scary.

  • whoever put this scene in, you have TASTE, my friend.
