DMX is a better freestlyer than both of them. But you are comparing apples to oranges. They have to differnt styles. Emenim builds a whole story to his shit to make the delivery. Jay Z just spits out crazy metaphors and hopes they stick. Same thing as Lil, Wayne and Cassidy. DMX is the only rapper i have seen be able to execute both. To bad he is in prison.

Everyone has his/her own flow and style but they also have differences in lyrical ability, there are those whom are obviously better or worse, but to say exactly at what level each are better or worse is near impossible, IE: Big L vs Eminem, both are very good, but its hard to say just whos better, but either one of them shits on lil wayne or the other rappes out of their class.
