No matter how good you are, and especially if you only have a small part in a big performance, you can't afford any mistakes cause unlike a solo song, you don't have a killer hook and a chorus to rebound. That's a lot of pressure. I was part of my school orchestra. We would have perfect runthroughs for two straight weeks leading up to performance. Our performance sucked.
