  • that snake might not like u

  • That is a Copperhead Racer, although non venomous, but very aggressive as can be seen in this video! Quite a very beautiful snake though...

  • My first trip to thailand there was a huge snake crossing the road and our driver didnt see it in time. It was stretched across the entire lane and we ran it over.. our driver felt sad about it. We think it was a cobra but we didnt stop to see.

  • we thai love sanke soap

  • One time I went outside of my house (in Thailand)an right there flipped over looks like gagged,...was a SNAKE!!!don't worry it was dead!!obviously it was ran over because it was covered in dirt and was on a driveway!!

    O_____O

  • ที่ไหนเอ่ย

  • i dont care what yall say that thing went commando for sure never seen a snake so aleart usally they attack out of sight that one was pissed

  • It'd quite rare, if you see animals on the road in Bangkok other than dogs without owner. There are loads of dog wandering around here.

  • In Ko Phangan i saw many snakes in the road. But they had been run over by cars.

  • You are correct. that is a rat snake. Elaphe radiata

  • Did that thing just chase you!?

  • @Brandonisrad18 Sort of. You can hear the car coming - and it's getting real close - vibrating the whole roadway, the snake was kind of freaking out because at that exact time I got in his face and waved my hands in front of him. He was already moving forward, and just changed direction to be able to bite me if I wouldn't get out of the way. Not really chasing, just the lesser of two evils - smashed by car or take chances with yoyo waving hands in front of him.

  • I would kick that thing all the way to china if it was chasin me lol

  • You just saw how simple things are done when people decide to learn the nature and its creations. To learn their home earth.

  • i handled rat snakes at my work experience, and i can tell you they are very cheeky!

there was a baby rat snake that attacked my finger, luckily wasn't big enough to even feel, but i was like WTF! lol

  • i heard about those becuase i love southern copperheads

  • looks great how it moves!

  • It's THE DOUBLE RAINBOW GUY!

  • Hehehe... Funny snake trying to run away from a car! XD

  • I WOULD RUN AWAY AS FAST AS I CAN

  • Unfortunately many snakes end up as a pancake on the roads, and that is sad because snakes are great creatures!

  • Quickly run it over! Na just kidding. I <3 snakes. (All of them.)

  • Yeah, I had one of these snakes. It was very aggressive.I have a gray rat snake now.

Much less aggression, still bites occasionally though.

  • Afraid!

  • lunch

  • he eat you?

  • @ts3kas No dude, take it easy... all is well here in Oz.

  • i have been in thailand at 9 times and am 12 years old.

  • k ? and ur point is ,,.......

  • do you see many snakes in thailand? like if you went on holiday there?...

  • @DazzaMR2 No, you'd probably never see one.

  • Funny, normally you eat all you encounter.

Hahaha I didn't see you imitate Steve Irwin

  • Yeah, I want to - believe me - but, out of respect... you know?

These snakes can launch themselves about 2 meters toward their victim (me) if striking. I wanted to give him some space... also - we're in the middle of a highway where Thai drivers are going 160+ km/h so I didn't want to keep him out there on the street too long! Awesome snake. Weird stuff goes through my mind as he's coming straight for me ready to strike... as you can see I can't keep him in the photo anymore!

  • I'm not convinced he's attack you. He's a ratsnake, they don't generally harm humans. For a start, they're constrictors not invenomators!

I don't think you had anything to worry about really.

Nice footage, I love these snakes. Where abouts were you in Thailand?

  • @jigglestumps Invenomaters?? haha make up a word next time that at least sounds plausible. and who in the world told you constrictors dont bite?? Ive been bitten by a corn a king and a burm python all of which are constrictors and who can do real damage. These are cool snakes though =)

  • @jigglestumps this was in Surat Thani province in the south of Thailand.

  • I caught a big bull snake at my house. That thing was mean.

  • Why did the snake cross the road?

  • To get to the other side HAHAHAHAHAHA

  • @fiveodude to kill the dude with the video camera...

  • @fiveodude

    to get to the man.

  • @fiveodude To get to the other side.

  • @fiveodude to get to the plane.....get it ?......snake on a plane

  • @fiveodude To go to SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSStarbucks.

  • @fiveodude Because no one told him not to

  • @fiveodude going home from safari he was hunting

  • Sometimes they are hard to avoid when I drive car as they accellerate or stop moving

  • Cool! check out my pet rat snake!

  • I love how they're not venomous, but they have a much worse attitude than cobras or kraits.

  • They do have a serious attitude... did you see the baby one I found on the road? It was psychotic. However, the monocled cobras strike about as much as these. Eventually these roll on their back and play dead if they get tired and realize you're not going away... Cobras? Dont.

  • Cobras will also rarely advance on someone.

  • @chiconspiricy Kings will. I had it happen. They move themselves closer before they strike. After I tried to move one off some steps - he came at me - about 2 meters toward and flared the hood to strike. I was already out of range - of course. I damn near fell down the steps though.

  • cool
