Hehe this was pretty good.  This is my 4th "Prime Target" assassination, and the first 3 I could never get in close enough to not be noticed. So this time I followed the vid, and did exactly what you had done. The only down side was Abu'ls "life partner" spotted me while I was walking to stab him, and the fat guy ran. I managed to catch him, and somehow still got the 360 achievement for the "Crowd" one. I'm on the "William" one now, I'm sure I'll be looking up another vid!

@mrawesome1000 Surviving archers continue to fire at Altaïr. They have tremendous range within the Merchant King's palace. If Abu'l or his bodyguards get in the line of fire they may be struck by an arrow.

I'm feeling A, Adha... kinda makes sense since it appears they have a role much bigger for her; I don't see any reason to mention someone and not use them in a story... afterall in the end of the DS game, Altair's Chronicles; Adha was sent away on a different ship, leaving Altair saying he will find her.. :P

The thing with the guard's eyes popping out and the sound effect really makes me laugh.

I used this method the first time I went to assassinate Abu'l and it worked like a charm: got the Blade in the Crowd achievement with it.

Blade in the Crowd on Abu'l, huh? That's a tough one. I had to do several takes of this video before everything went right. Sparing the archers makes for a hazardous mission.

As soon he started to run Altair kinda slid across the floor and did a low profile assassination. Which was good because I still needed the blade in the crowd achievement. And I like the stylish assassination videos, good job on em.

Yeah, the way I do it in this video is fraught with peril. You basically have to keep moving or else the archers will get a bead on you.

An easier way is to stealth assassinate the archers. You can also "influence" the bodyguards to leave the stage by moving to certain locations in the northwest of the palace, but that's a cheat.

Climbing the fountain was bad advice. You get Exposed if you do it that way. It sucks that some Investigations give you misinformation.

Actually I went to check it out before the party, the fountain was one of the quicker ways up with some maneuvering but yes, Altair would have been spotted, eliminating stealth approach.

The goals of this walkthrough were: 1) Stealth assassinate both of the bodyguards and then Abu'l Nuqoud himself; 2) Don't kill anyone else inside the palace; and 3) Remain Anonymous (white icon) before and after the assassination. It's quite challenging.

Well it's just that the video is called Stylish Assassination but I guess my idea of stylish is some really obvious non-stealthy high profile air to assassinate decapitation. Lol. But yeah nice vids, keep em coming!

Don't feel badly about climbing the fountain. One of the investigations actually recommends you do that, even though it blows your cover. There are only a few places where you can climb up from the floor undetected.

Of all the targets that are possible to stealth assassinate, Abu'l Nuqoud is the most difficult (especially if you don't use the cheat where his bodyguards walk off stage).
