    thanks for your reply Tom!

    keep inspiring the us!

  • Hi Tom! I found your video very sincere...

    you are incredible!

I showed your video to my friend who play tennis

and he already started doing it.

I want to know if you also advise some of the work out

for Triathletes. and if yes please tell me soon.

    BIG THANKS from The Philippines!

  • @zaydee07 Thank you, very much appreciated. I don't design workouts for triathletes per say, however, tennis players and triathletes have a lot in common. They both need strong legs and core. Many of the tennis designed workouts I've created will also help triathletes. You can view more worlkouts if you become a member of the Consistent Tennis Wins Academy. You can join the Academy at TomAvery.com

    All the best,

    Tom

  • If i do this everyday will i feel significant difference on court? Fitness & strength?

  • @ekall100 Absolutely, there is no downtime, you will definitely get breathing heavily. This will increase your oxygen uptake, which will help you on the court. All the best, Tom

  • @BestTenniscom Wow, thanks, Tom...I'm starting this tomorrow & I hope i see significant results..subscribed! :)

  • hi Tom, great workout. I use these a lot with my clients here in London UK, but without the skipping. Hope your knee is recovering. I'm getting a lot of value from your tennis video clips too, keep them coming.

  • Why is it called the Roger Federer workout?
