This is as epic as Grand Cross it self, but Vesper is Holy element so quite fail oh just for the ones that say that GC is useless its Crusader/Paladin STRONGEST skill as long you use the right gears and right stats build, because its damage comes from atk and magic atk, so your str and int counts , but the same works for defense both defense and magic defense reduce its damage, so be wise while using it try to aim for low defense and magic defense chars like SinX and Sniper then you'll see ;)
