Why do they suck for singing in Thai? I'm mixed with both Lao/Thai in my blood so maybe thats why I don't have that same racism. I say leave the past behind and move forward to better yourself.

exile lives in canada. they have another or more than just the first album they came out years ago. they have concerts in canada b/c my brother went to one about a year ago. he bought their album and it's good. they sang in lao. i dont think it's wrong to sing in another language at some point in time...
It's ok to listen to music in other languages besides Lao if you are Lao. listen to music in Spanish, Thai and Lao. Is that wrong? I have Lao pride though.
There's nothing wrong to listen to other music besides Lao but I say was, why a Lao band such exil have to sing in Thai? if you notice, Alexandra speaks Lao while interveiw by Thai at Thai TV. Now thats what I call Lao pride. Don't you agree?
I think it was their first big break! we Lao people have such a samll market back then. Now, everybody wants to come to "our Lao market"... it's great to have such a buying power, everyone tend to gear toward you. And I do believe in OUR LAO PRIDE TOO, but moola have its way.. don't you agree?
