here in Peru we know these beautiful dogs as "perro chino", "perro chimo" and "calato" ( which means naked :) )

Also these dogs are perfect for asthmatic people because their lack of hair (a friend of mine who loved dogs was asthmatic, so she purchased a female puppy, and her problem was resolved).

The correct name is xoloitzcuintle and are Mexican dogs. Hairless naming is insulting

They are different breeds. There is the Xoloitzcuintle and there is the PIO (Peruvian Inca Orchid Dog). They are different!

...its Peruvian .-. the mexican one is a little bit more shorter it has shorter legs the Peruvian Inca orchid is a totally different branch

How often do you bathe your dog? In most cases you should bathe them once a week depending on their living conditions. By this I mean how often they are exposed to dirt or things that could clog their pores.

We like to use baby soap and baby products on our dogs.

Following their bath they receive baby lotion to keep their skin soft and to prevent it from drying (winter and summer).
