Do you remember that Lisa(specially), an ex- lieutenant, and Hiyori, same rank, fought Harribel. in the same way a captain( a fighting genius, btw). Well not in the same way, their Zanpakutos are made for close combat and a different fighting style than that of Hyorinmaru. But I bet you can figure that out.

Hachi made two things, he decapitated Gillians with his Kido, and he made a smart move to Barragan. I love smart fights. Hirako was the first one to hurt Aizen, in fact, Aizen had to use Kyoka Suigetsu, to alter Hirako's...

I may not agree about Hisagi, but how have the Viozards reconciled with SS, after Shinji specifically stated that he would never form an alliance with them? I wanted Aizen to go all the way to the soul king. Him getting defeated by ich-shit-igo was beyond ridiculous. If Kubo has promised a return from him, or an appearance, it gets me slightly interested. And Ichigo and orihime should just fucking die already.

I said he was upset at them. He is. This is clearly expressed. He's wants Ginjou's body because he sympathizes with Ginjou even though he's an enemy. He killed him for his friends, however he doesn't want Ginjou's body to be buried in SS because it doesn't belong there. He's a human, it should be buried in the human world, not in a world where everyone thought of him as expendable trash. That WAS their plan. But long before Ginjou came into the picture Ichigo befriended them. So not anymore.

@Nub12342 They didn't use him like they did with Ginjo....the SS Ginjo worked for and the one Ichigo worked for were different. Ichigo saving Rukia and ignoring the rules changed SS for the better. Also, they probably didn't trust him at first, and they had good reason to, kid just invaded Soul Society and ignored their rules. But during the Arrancar Arc they became comrades. Ichigo IS upset at SS for using Ginjou, you can tell in this chapter.

thought the vizards were angry with the gotei 13, also they never outright said that Kensei and Hirako were captains, heavily implied but not outright stated because ichigo just asked. I'm more curious about Kira's bankai because his shikai was rather interesting, i think Hisagi would've been a good captain too, but considering the fact that he's a fan of Kensei makes me think he turned it down and voted for Kensei to be there or something. that's assuming kubo gave him a bankai.

I'd also like to point out it had only been about 18 months since that war and ichigo lost his powers, and like you said each shinigami has lived/existed for several centuries, bankai is supposed to take centuries to master, so while it could've coincidentally happened in the 18 months the lower level shinigami won't just outgrow vizards that weren't only captains in their time but also had their powers boosted by hollowfication.

However they only showed two of the vizards, who were allies with ichigo and probably would've somehow been there even if they weren't captains, at the captains hall, it's still possible the 3rd vacancy was filled by someone without hollow powers if Kensei and Hirako actually did become captains.

On chapter Bleach chapter 365 : Whose Side Are We On Shinji made it clear to Yamamoto that he is not allies of the gotei 13, and that they're there to help ICHIGO only. NOW Shinji and Kensei are captains again LOL. Kubo just ruined the vizards, and it fucking pisses me off because I actually liked the group. They seem more entertaining then the shingami themselves.
