Hi, thanks for the video. I have a question. I made a batch of kombucha but it is way too sweet after 2 weeks. Can you please tell me how a well fermeted kombucha should taste like? I just dont get it how it can be healhy with so much sugar in it. Mine has a vinegary smell and taste but the underlining notes are very sweet.thank you!
