I noticed improvement in my back straight away. The full benefit was gained after a week using the machine twice daily. I did a lot of back excercises as advised by my doctors with NO improvement! I have suffered back and kneck pain for 22 years. After spending thousands on chiros and physios I purchased this Nubax machine and haven't seen any therapist since February. @AnatomicalALIGNMENT sorry, no. The nubax doesn't put your neck in traction. I can only surmise that it helped my neck because the lower back has been decompressed. I'm sorry I didn't make that clear. I'm still using the machine daily and it still gives me great relief from back pain. It has been the best money I've ever spent. Chiros are a thing of the past for me. I've been able to spend my money on other more enjoyable things and my health has improved. Cheers and all the best.
that would make sense because every body part is connected to every Other body part, or as the saying goes in Anatomy ' everything tends to effect everything else , so Aligning the lower back correctly could correspond all the way up to the Neck.
Ive visited Numerous Chiropractors for my situation and they never helped me and were a total waste of time and Money . Many of them are Quacks and frauds
people like you and videos like this make YouTube almost an espiritual experience...
