You are right hibs did play in hoops for a while and several other colours nd designs but no Erin Go Bragh is Ireland For Ever, roughly anyway, Eire is actually ireland Erin is more like Mother Ireland.

Also should be remembered that when nobody was aloud to play the Irish teams at football, Hearts played against us at the meadows and were fined for doing so. Hibs gave them the money for the fine from the ticket sales.
