Opino que si Oliver y esta historia es un sueño. Seria el anime mas tragico que vi. No seria un mal final. Seria un final contundente y sensible a ver quien no llora! putos!
theres and end they passed in mexico and japan tsubasa lost his legs in the accident all was a dream if a japanese here speaks english please confirm me this is true
what i heard is that in the last chapter, tsubasa says he had had the same dream AGAIN that he had won the cup AGAIN, and this isn't inmediatelly after the accident, he could have dreamed a lot of times the different aspects of the history
all i dont understand is why all tah tragic qualifications if they were going to play at the 2002 Fifa World Cup, so that was on japan and that means they are automatically qualified!
Tsubasa All-Star team;):D!: GK:Muller, Gino DEF:Krautz,Misugi, Jeremy,Curemente MID: Rivaul, Pierre, Diaz,Tsubasa FRW:Schneider, Santana Coach: Roberto Best GK: Muller Best DEF: Jeremy Best MID: Rivaul Best FWR: Santana Best Player : Rivaul (even though he's not my favorite:D!!)
In the chapter 53....after Pierluigi Colina indicate the start of the match Japan-Brazil, Tsubasa wakes up. YES!! Tsubasa was all time sleep and in the chapter 53 wakes up in the HOSPITAL....and.....and.....HE HAS NOT LEGS!!!! He was knocked by a truck when he was a child (in the chapter 1) but the ball protected him.......or we thought that the ball protected him but THAT IS FALSE!!!
Actually, the truck knocked down Tsubasa and he missed HIS LEGS!!!
stop spreading false rumours. The manga has not ended, see Golden 23 with the olympic games, and Japan has already won versus Brazil in the World Youth.
also in the japanese anime thefirst episode is called one big dream ... in english version is a new super star or something like that .... why don u puta video bout the chapter..
the match japan-holland in the anime never happened in the manga. no, it's not holland youth with cruyfford. wilhem in the anime is actually davi in the manga, and his real life counterpart is davids.
piemonte is by the way juventus and catalunia is in fact barcelona in the manga... the reason the names changed was because of license issues. Same goes for Sao Paulo FC which became FC Brancos. Totally lame.
and why the hell did ct need remakes? didn't they learn the lesson that it just doesn't work. proof was captain tsubasa J and Road to 2002. We already know what happens. Why remake everything over again?
the rumour about amputated legs of tsubasa is pure bullshit. how can it be when the story has not ended... and if yoichi takahashi did that, he must be really stupid, it's not a "cool" sad ending, it's just lame.
Captain Tsubasa > World Youth > Road to 2002 > Go for 2006 > Golden 23
Original CT was more of less complete with shin CT. World Youth was never completed with Captain Tsubasa J. Road to 2002 anime is incomplete too. manga is much longer. go for 2006 never got adapted into anime nor did golden 23.
Tomeya akai is a member of all japan youth in the manga and came after shingo aoi but since captain tsubasa j was never completed, we never got to see him in anime... and we didn't show him in this anime either although this anime showed sho shunko and levin, i wonder why, when they skipped the entire world youth.
by the way, japan vs brazil happened during the finals of the World Youth (Captain Tsubasa J which was incomplete) This anime too ended prematurely before the end of the manga.
Go to 2006 exists and happens between Road to 2002 and Golden 23.

@MusicalVG00 Japan wins a football match against Brazil? Never! Oh, it's animation so anything is possible.
Japan's crap at football, like American's so the chance of winning a football match against Brazil is zero.

I could give you 20 reasons for that.

and if you persist thinking it's more worth it watching the anime than reading the manga, then you're not a true captain tsubasa fan.
