I wrote down the filling ingredients in the beginning of the video and they were four: cream cheese, melted butter, confectioner's sugar and chopped pecans. however, when you actually add the filling ingredients, there's a fifth ingredient that's not listed. what is it? it's at 2:19, in the little black cup.
@sousoukitchen Oh ok thank you. I left it out and now it's too late because I just made the roll! It's chilling in the refrigerator as I reply to you. I can't wait to taste it! :)

Thanks for the recipe, I never tried sweet potato as a sweet dish, I'll remember to get some next time I go shopping.. Thank you also for the great tip!!!!! really I never seen anyone butter their parchment paper before but I can see clearly why you did, the cake was easy to remove as apposed to no buttering where it takes some time "peeling" the cake off of the parchment.. Tislam edek!!!!

@ruok9c sorry I forgot to mention it, it's 1 Tbs vanilla sugar, but you can leave it out or replace it with any other flavor.
