The text says "lakóm" which means literally that sy, why is living in my property, It is a bit long, but I could not explain it shorter.

And how did you know how to pronounce it? For example, in the film I could barely understand it, because it was so awful. But it is bloody hard to learn it so I can understand. It is one of the most difficult languages.

yeah there was a bit near the start that took me ages to learn to too! so i found as many diff versions of the song as i cud (london cast, broadway cast & movie etc.) and i was able to kind of pick it apart and figure it out that way :)

I'm Hungarian and I, too, suggest you to write it out phonetically, our language is so different from yours, that I guess it will be easier :)) Good luck you guys :))

By the way, the pronunciation in the film is simply awful, I couldn't understand a sentence...
