is it says for the fans.

You know they could just throw the 100 minutes of footage away.

i can see a TV special or maybe a dvd release with some other full concert footage. but really

... just go see it and you'll know exactly what i mean,

im thinking this was to make up for all the money lost in prep for a concert that didnt end up happening and giving money back
