I think biological threats are way more freaky then nuclear. With nuclear you just die fast, or if far away you get a cancer later in life which most of us are doomed with anyway. Biological warfar though, you suffer for days maybe weeks experencing undescribable amounts of pain before you die. So blasted away by a nuke or torture, given the choice of the two, which way would you rather die? Besides no country is ready for what is soon to come, the owner of the planet has some cleaning to do.

Way too much fear and emphasis has been placed on the banning and use of nuclear weapons since the cold war. Why not eliminate the State itself that creates and controls these weapons? Various governments, regardless of the ideology that animates it, have murdered more people than nuclear weapons ever have. The power of the State is the biggest threat to our lives and liberty.
