@BurgerKing1420 No not even close! Major Major misconception by almost the entire world. Bodine's looked worse but every flip and roll and piece that fell off his truck is loss of force and momentum on the driver. Sadler hit a jagged edge on the track in one fast forceful hit.

Imagine it this way. If you were gonna punch someone. Would you rather do it in one forceful blow? Or push on his face a little bit multiple times??
