How long does it take to see a specialist ?

They reffered me to one because I have been putting oil for ten days and they did 4 lavages and still, the wax isn't coming out. I start school tomorrow, and I can't hear a thing!

Any idea on how long..?

p.s; I think they will use a small camera (as they told me at the clinic) and gently scrape the wax out.

I agree with most physicians that ear wax should not be removed by cotton swabs. However, ear wax may also be reflective of lack of aural hygiene !!!!!!!! It is up to the individual to establish the correct balance between the two and decide on the frequency of ear cleaning :)))))))) I personally put pressure water in my ears every morning when I have my bath :))))))))))))))))))
