This video is very well done! I ended up crying for the poor dog not being at home with her mommy! It's not fair! It scares me to death that this sort of thing happens all the time with the OSPCA. It would kill me if my dog was taken from me. :(

I'm so sick of these innocent, human friendly dogs being taken away just because of a BS law! If my dogs were taken, I'd break into the shelter and take them back! Because these laws are ridiculous! Dogs are animals and they will get into a scuffle sometimes for multiple reasons! If no dog was injured, than the owner was responsible enough to manage its' dog aggression. Free BRINDI! Some people claim to be animals lovers... watch the documentary earthlings and ask themselves if they are an animal lover then. What about the pedophiles out there. they all get out of jail and get to do it again, do they get put down? FOR some reason large dogs like that are feared, it is the little ones that I fear and they snap and bite but they never get put down. I know of a dog that attacks large dogs, DO YOU EVER HEAR OF LITTLE SNAPPY DOGS GETTING PUT DOWN. NO!!

In all the stuff I read, news etc. I hve not seen one thing mentioning Brindi biting any humans or dogs! Where did you get your info? I want to see links prooving your accusation!

IF doesn't cut it, sylvanis13. Hypothetical if's can be used on anything and anybody, and humans are far more dangerous than dogs.

Dogs don't even rank in the top 100 causes of violent death.

And this dog has NEVER, ever even growled at a kid or an adult. Kids have thrown themselves at her, and she stays gentle and doesn't even sniff at them.

I cry every time I check the news about Brindi. My husband and I are shown in this with our, then, latest rescue Elliott.

Sadly Elliott is now at the Rainbow Bridge, we know he's happy there. Brindi is still in 'Jail' and NOT happy.

Brindi must be allowed to go home with Francesca, the extraordinary woman who won't stop fighting for her!!!!!

Poor Brindi. This could happen to any one of us. Little by-law enforcers like the Halifax animal "services" can impound our dogs and hang a death sentence over them for NINE MONTHS and counting?? This is animal cruelty. Sharing with my fellow dog lovers.
