For Beginners: Blending One Color Eyeshadows

You're the best Brit! I got that 120 pallette and was so excited to try my new colors but blending is so key, esp the mattes.

My problem is one eye is always bomb and the other is off. Can you do a tut on balancing both eyes? Thanks!

FINALLY!!!!!! You're right - I have subscribed and searched for many tuts, and I could not, for the life of me, find one that taught me specifically HOW to blend; I just watched how they appied their makeup, but the way you explained the difference between textures, blending brushes and techniques will help tremendously. This will make a huge difference on how I apply my make-up, and I'm actually excited I don't necessarily have to use two colors in order to achieve a nice eye makeup look.

OMG!!! Thank you sooooo much for this video, seriously! The #1 thing I have a hard time with makeup is BLENDING!!! Now I somewhat understand! Lol can u always use the wide blending brush to blend?? I also have this other brush that looks like a very small buffer brush for eyes though & I wanted to know is that good to use? I got it in the eBay 30 brush set.

Your eyebrows are blue & the eyeshadow is purple, two of my FAVE colors. (^_^) But n e ways nice vid hunni - it will definitely be helpful to those just starting out w/ makeup. Love how you explained how to end the shadow, at the end of your eyeball. Becuz I tend to over or under estimate that part. Then I have to use a makeup remover wipe to try to clean up my mess. Your best advise, practice is the best!
