Yeah I love this car sound and good work! I owned 71 skylark and 70s 455 is the charging for body...painting is the next month. yeh really good options. and good building from finland from buick. 455 is hemi killer but hemi is great mopar(I By Sometime) But and Butter 455 is killer! Are you building engine itself?

FYI....10 vs. 12 bolt refers to the number of bolts retaining the ring gear, not necessarily the number of bolts retaining the cover.

@ matthewrockslol22; Count the bolts on the rear-end cover, with a 10 bolt rear-end, there's one bolt at the 6 o'clock position, with a 12 bolt there are two bolts even at about the 5 and 7 o'clock position.

@jc9ball No. all Buicks had a 10 bolt originally. It was beefy enough to handle the 510 ft/lbs and was lighter too.

Now that's a car. I have a 70' Buick Riviera with the 455 motor and I need some new exhaust pipes. I'm in limbo because I wanted 2.5" Flowmasters but after hearing those Magnaflow's....I might have to go back to the drawing board. I was told if I got 3" I will loose power, is that true?

Very nice car. I have my 1st car still...'71 GS 350...back in 1984, was 16 when I bought it,. Color used to be Chartruese (sp?). It's now deep blue (almost black...blue/black) always liked the Apollo White GSX. Go fast with class!
