i went to berlin, germany for a studytrip. they have preserved some 100 meters of the berlinwall, filled with grafitti just as pretty. its a must see if you ever find yourself in germany lol :-)

We here in Syd, rarely see such a formal and respected gathering of art like that. Which isn't completely scriblled on immediately with disrespect to the artist. Look at all that. Its beautiful. Australian Graffiti artists are so much more creative than ours. Over here the most creative you see is paint on a bench spelling out 'If you sit on this bench you are gay' And i'm serious, that actually was on a bench. A memorial bench even. And then look at Melbourne! This suposedly seedy area which is all colorful and bright. It looks nicer than some of the unpainted streets. These people arn't vandals, They are Grade A artists.
