Great tutorial. It sure is nice to be able to make your own clothes much less make your own pattern. I was shopping for back to school and found a real cute pair of pants online. It said avialable in stores so I decided to just go and get a pair there. Well, at the store, it was just stuffed on an over-crowded rack with about 10 other pair just like it and well it wasn't cute anymore. I ended up not getting the pants and leaving disappointed.

This is a great video! You are an excellent teacher! I am going to make the pattern today! But I have a question: when you drew the line for the inseam part, starting from the bottom of the cuff line mark(at time 6minutes and 25seconds, where you say "3 inches above from the end of the paper"), do you NOT add 4 inches ( cont'd on next comment:)
