You notice that he doesn't play any chords when strumming with his fingers. He brought in John Schneck to do that so he could focus more on his vocal and piano playing skills. Still, finger strumming is anything but easy.

Besides the fact that it's so much, SO MUCH harder to finger pick that fast without tons of practice, no, not really. Once an amp is on, I doubt volume switches all that much between the two.

How is that their best stuff? Is it law that the stuff bands release to the public has to be their best? Its just what the majority wants. I'm friends with a band that has decent exposure on the air, and because the fans want to hear the song, they play that one a ton. Blink 182 is insanely talented, and influenced Matt Theissen to play some of style. A lot of his style resembles blink 182 of course you would know that if you're open mindedness would overpower your stupid arrogance.

well I think..Blink 182 is one of the most amazing bands and I love them even though they broke up. Not loving their new bands all that much..they kinda just don't "click"..well at least it sounds like it to me.
