  • have you done a video for a low carb cheesecake for us low carbers

  • you can use this cheesecake recipe just change the crust to no crust which is very good and what I normally make or you can use the almond meal for the crust, either way is delicious

  • your cheese cake looks devine. I don't know if your a cranberry fan or not, I'm the chairwoman of the fan club...giggle but cranberry sauce on top of cheese cake is to DIE for. I made cheese cake bars and put my left over cranberry sauce on it after Thanksgiving. Guess what I'm making for Christmas You know what, I worried over the darn water bath for years, they still crack so I threw in the towel. So much easier.

    BTW do you have a website too? I'd like to visit if you do.

  • Cranberries sound fantastic!!! I just thought they were to high in carbs....I usually make my cheesecake just like this but without any crust, but the exact same recipe and it turns out soooo good, I could eat it everyday!!!! I have a yahoo group called lowcarb4life if you look at my channel in my description you can find the link. I too will be making this cheesecake along with my chocolate torte for Christmas...yum!!!!

  • How many carbs are there in this recepie? What deegree do we bake it at?

  • The recipe with the sugar free cookies is 152 carbs for entire recipe,that is 19 carbs per piece, I suggest this to be during your maintenance phase, I just made a crustless cheesecake tonight and it is 32 carbs for entire recipe which makes it 4 carbs per piece, much more friendly for me.

  • oops almost forgot the oven is at 350 for about 30 to 45 minutes.

  • Thanks for the tip on the cookies will look out for them and thanks for not asking us to sit through 3 minutes of mixing, Cheese cake looks fabulous!
