  • hi great video downloaded the mods i needed and tried to build this overpass sry dont know how to call it but i got a prob with the raisers i made the exact same positions as you.

    15m Raiser 3 slots space from the overpass pieces even the arrows where the same direction

    but when i raise them just the middle field raise up to the full height the other two are some like ramped

    hope you know what i mean and you can help me out

  • I tried making this with the RHW-6S under it and it just turns into a RHW-4. Is it not compatible with it or something?

  • @ffsully The NAM overpasses will be completely revamped as part of the NAM Version 30 release. NAM Version 30 is not available yet, and its release will coincide with the release of RealHighway 5.0.

    Now I have questions...

    Like the ground level SPUI, will you beable to adjust the size?

    Any news on smoothe curves for: E-RHW4, RHW6, RHW8, RHW10?

    Will it ever be possible to plop pieces on hills (exit / entrance ramps, merges, smooth curves) without flattening the entire hill (so the road conforms to the terrain)?

    Smooth transitions between GHW and RHW?

    OWR3 > RHW6, OWR4 > RHW8, OWR5 > RHW10 ??

  • @MikeAW2010 Size adjustment: yes (the same method is used as with ground, as seen here).

    Additional smooth curves: not in this release.

    Pieces on hills: depends on whether or not they have a starter on them. If they do, it's basically impossible.

    GHW/RHW transitions: not for some time; fair bit of modeling involved. All interfacing with Maxis Highway is a low priority.

    NWM OWR/RHW transitions: Eventually, but probably not this release.

  • @ TarkusSC4, thanks for the update on the secret weapons video. And cant wait until RHW 5.0 comes out. When it does becomes available Do we have to remove 4.1 or keep it as a dependency?

  • @Starmanw422007 You'll want to remove any outdated NAM or RHW files. The file architecture on RHW 5.0 has changed from 4.1, though we're looking at some changes to the installer to simply move all outdated files out of the Plugins (without deleting them).

  • Tarkus : Please, I had download grey Asphalt color mod for road and avenue coz I use lots of streets. That mode mad all connection looks grey asphalt in color. It will look nice but, I found that this RHW mood does not change, it is still black in color unlike my road and avenue that has change Asphalt grey color. Could you upload a grey asphalt version. I think it would be more fantastic.

  • @snoiprocs16 We are planning to have a "concrete RHW" texture set which will be a lighter gray, but I don't know when I'll have it ready. Fortunately, I have automated a large part of the conversion process.
