I love Chuck and Blair but Leighton and Ed won't happen. He actually said once he got to know her that she wasn't his type. They to me aren't even compatible as couple. also her and jessica are friends and seems to be closer than Leighton is to Blake.

it was a while ago I saw that cause he was ask about Leighton and I think this was during season 2 he gave an interview and he said he sees her as his sister but before getting to know her he said he did like her. I personally don't think she is type cause he seems more into the rocky hipster girl and I don't know would he actually date one of his friend's exes (cause he and Sebastian Stan are friends just like Leighton and Jessica are friends).
