  • Im a subscriber so obviously i benifit from the free info. (Thanks fitlife btw!) im not hating at all it just didnt workout for me. Im always searching for alternatives to fries and chips which are the only things unhealthy about my diet. Sorry if i offended anyone. Great vid, any alternates to fries and chips anyone can suggest? Thanks

  • @shag813 Try bananas, apples, nuts, rasins, other dried food.

    And just think of what you want more - a healthy anf fit life or fries and chips which won't give you what I mentioned before. if you want health, muscles, endurance, whatever your goal is more than sweet and salty food, you won't have any problems with not eating chips and fries.
