  • Here's my comment about this film. Where the film maker tries to expose the problem, he doesn't create the individual's plight. It's fine to show statistics and driveby scenes of the terrible conditions, however it doesn't allow the observer to internalize the problem. The interviews are very sterile and don't have a connection visually to what it's like. The question is what is the filmmaker trying to suggest if anything. My suggestion is to take 1 or 2 of the victims and tell their conditions.
