The risk lies in it being abused, because it seems less likely to kill its target. This behavior is effectively torture in my opinion, and we should treat the perpetrators like the criminals they are.
Public relations efforts of "criminal justice" figures and organizations would have us all believe that they are "public servants" who "protect and serve" us and keep us "safe" from "terrorists" and other imaginary bogeymen, whereas the truth is that these types are, in effect, an organized gang who regard "civilians" as the "enemy". Many, many police personnel fit the profile of sociopaths, and shouldn't be armed with lethal weapons--least of all actually paid for their actions.

The laws need to be changed so that cops are not presumed right. Often they are the cause of the problem rather than a solution to the problem. They do little in reducing crime...which is mostly caused by inequalities in life chances..eg 30% of executions in America are blacks, the US has lost it's morality, it will loose every war it wages in future because of it, including war on drugs, poverty, crime and terrorism.

From my experience and what I have observed I would have to say I would get along better without the police. I can take car of business myself. Often times they lack the intellect to analyze a situation and make correct judgments. They often rely more on force and bullying than on tact. Their knowledge of criminal law and the Constitution often leaves a lot to be desired. And what really pisses me of is their lack of interest when I have things stolen.
They have a lack of interest, because you know what, you're shit isn't that important, and if it was, you would have had better security for it, police have things like gang violence, prostitution and other major crimes to worry about, not your silverware coming up missing.

No. Even if ir could get to the Fuel Tank the Electric Charge alone isn't enough to detonate Fuel.

Not sure about that. Don't think they have enough punching power to break through a fuel tank. never know though lol. Unless somehow the current was able to travel to the tank from the contact point.
