wow. I forgot what innovators these guys were! From John and Joes blazing guitar riffs to Bobby's thunderous drum solos (in is these early tracks you can really see Bobby's influence on Dave Lombardo), metal doesn't get any heavier than this. On this track you can hear Ray's opera training in his amazing/brutal (yet hauntingly beautiful) vocal assault. Its a shame that they couldn't put aside their creative differences and stay together. Who knows what amazing music we've all missed out on?
