it's dutch you fool but what they say is : It really was him, The stig the racedriver of the BBC program topgear was in amsterdam himself to promote the topgear live tours in january. he raced for one day in a real dutch spyker through our capital. Dutch... and it says the stig was in amsterdam to promote the Topgear Live worldtour. He drove in a spyker, which is in fact dutch, and he got a speeding ticket etc. Speed camera's are also a dutch invention by the way.
