@TomValedro he is great at the game but he still plays like its 1985, a super tight image is profitable but the evolution of the game has changed dramatically and like many other players who try and adapt phil is stuck in his egotistical ways. I've seen numerous times Phil go completely broke off very bad moves, complaining like an 8 year old, while others lose and take it like a professional.

Rast is a player for sure but if anyone thinks he outplayed Phil then you just have no concept of poker. You can take Ivey or Seidel or whomever you like... Hellmuth proved this year that he is the greatest tournament player of all time and it isn't even close. Look at the careers of every single main event champion and see if ANY of them have had a QUARTER of the career he has.
