I really liked this movie, and the story was disturbing and great, but I have two huge pet-peeves about it, that being the horrible acting/English dialogue and the way they made the parasitic twin look was more funny than scary, they could have made it a little more realistic. Nevertheless, Takashi Miike did a great job at this one, like always!

in a wya u got to admire the artform this is made in.. its disgusting and sick to the utmost limits, but still its a form of art to inspire fear and awe in people. and i think thats what the masters of horror has as a thing aswell to achive in this master piece. its got everything.. its disgusting but yet still scary in a way few horror movies have done.. i bet even the actos got mentally damaged by this " to an extent." cuz its something no one, " NO ONE " should ever have to experience.
